10 Easy (and Cheap) Ways to Lose Weight

It’s finally come to this point, you need to finally get down and dirty and finally lose all that leverage you’ve been building up and pay back all those years of cheeseburgers. But weight loss is harder than it sounds and you don’t have much time to go to the gym every day and some of those fancy healthy foods are expensive beyond your means, that’s why we’ve created this article to explain 10 easy and cheap ways to lose weight.

  • Go on a low carb diet
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
  • Start calorie counting
  • Shun sugary drinks
  • Don’t eat out at fast food restaurants
  • Eat as much food that you’ve prepared in advance
  • Start drinking a lot more water
  • Take some protein or vitamin/mineral supplements Garcinia Cambogia is the supplement I use
  • Sleep at least 8 hours or more
  • Try out some free Yoga classes.

We’ll explain the top 3 ways here:

  • Going on a low carb diet

Restricting the carb intake to less than 50 grams of total carbs and less than 30 grams of net carbs (Total Carbs – Fiber) will force your body to start tapping into glycogen reserves (which is a fancier way of saying fat deposits) to fuel your body.

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Exercising will increase the number of calories that you burn throughout the day and will force your body to again look for other sources of energy, including fat deposits.

  • Start calorie counting

Calorie counting is needed, you need to create a low insulin environment with a low-calorie diet to force your body to start eating into the fat you’ve built up, in order to achieve this, you require at least a 10% calorie deficit but I recommend going up to a 30% calorie deficit for this purpose, doing so allows fat burning to accelerate.
